Becoming a warrior is based on who you want to be, not who I think you should be. This coaching is a curated, meaning each client's experience is slightly different. You are on your unique warrior's path, so giving cookie-cutter or one-size-fits-all coaching is mostly ineffective. By focusing on what's effecting you now and utilizing the Warrior Secrets, you'll quickly be on the path to your ideal self.
The Warrior Secrets are related to practical principles like balance, motivation, grounding, slowing down, and setting up yourself for success—which make you strong, confident, and ready for anything life throws at you.
Where do these "secrets" come from?
I have over 10 years experience in studying and teaching Banzenkan Aiki Ninjutsu, a Japanese martial system. These eight concepts have been passed down from teacher to student over the last 600 years. To achieve mastery, students must learn and internalize these Warrior Secrets during their journey to first degree black belt. I have incorporated these principles in my Warrior Transformation program.
Each Secret has an obvious (omote) and a not so obvious (ura) aspect.
The obvious aspect provides a physical martial concept to protect oneself against bigger, stronger, and faster opponents. These are the physical fighting skills that most people think of when they consider "martial arts."
However... the not-so-obvious aspects of each secret involve an intellectual concept as well, which is what we will be working on together. The mental aspect of each secret manifests itself in a related cognitive shift. Together with my knowledge to help you embrace healthy habit change, you will have a warrior's edge when life after a relationship feels too empty, too uncertain, or too much to handle.
Each session is 50 minutes (but please allow a full hour). During the session we will either be covering a Warrior Secret or discussing what you discovered during your progress from the previous week. We will also talk about what's going well and the current obstacles in your way. At the end of each session we'll decide on practical, achievable exercises and steps to keep you on track to being the best you.
Thinking that perfection is impossible makes most people give up, be complacent, or accepting of their current abilities; clients understand that striving for perfection means constant refining every aspect of your life. Practice does not make perfect -- perfect practice makes perfect.
In short, if you don't put your best into practice, you won't be your best when the pressure is on.

But online resources are passive, impersonal, and won't help you through different kinds of obstacles that come up in life. There is no guidance on how to apply the information to your goals—it’s like buying a dictionary when you need to write a novel.
The Warrior Transformation is dynamic and personal. I take you through every step you need to take in order to achieve your life goals. Of course, I have some online resources that are valuable, and I’ll be sharing those with you as well!
However, the Warrior Secrets are completely unique to The Warrior's Path and Banzenkan Aiki Ninjutsu. The information cannot be found anywhere on the internet.
